Do you feed pigeons? Today’s post is on mindset and that is the question you should be asking yourself. This might seem like a very peculiar post, but before you go around making assumptions and calling me crazy – Read on and you will understand why I am posting about this.
The other while I was at the train station, I saw a woman who did not finish her bread or biscuit and decided to crush it and threw it all over the ground to feed pigeons. On a side note, a pet peeve of mine is not being able to finish my food, so I always aim to finish eating what’s put in front of me. Not only that, she also made a huge mess all over the ground and people were trying to avoid the crumbs as they did not want to get food stuck under their shoes and you could see it from the way everyone was walking.
Do You Feed Pigeons Or Do You Feed People?
So now that you understand the story, I would like to ask you if you were helping people in this industry who are hungry and desire for success, or are you entertaining the “pests”? Pigeons don’t need people to feed them because they can always find food in some form and in some place, but look at the number of people starving on the streets with nobody willing to feed them.
Just like in your network marketing business, are you trying to get everyone to join your opportunity? or are you trying to be the “mother” of everyone and trying to help every single person out there? The truth that you need to understand is that not everyone wants to be helped, and many people are comfortable being where they are and they are not looking to achieve greater goals in life. A lot of people are also going to ask you for help but they are NEVER going to take any action, and it is up to you to figure out who those are. However most times, the ones who never take action will also never ask you for help!
So dont feed pigeons, start feeding the hungry people! Stop running around and chasing the pigeons because they will always fly away, just like prospecting people who do not want what you have to offer – These people are the ones that will run away and start avoiding you. Doesn’t it sound familiar? +Continue Reading

So do you dream? I’m sitting in the room right now with Mark Hoverson in DisneyWorld and I’ve been thinking about dreams… Do you know how when you’re a kid and you have so many big dreams, and you never let ANYTHING limit you. You could say whatever you wanted to be and nobody could say you wouldn’t make it?
Why We Stop Dreaming…
Somehow being in DisneyWorld makes me feel like that… That we should all NEVER stop dreaming. You see… The older we get, the more we tend to let people destroy our dreams, and we eventually leading a life that we never dreamt of living. The reason why people put us down when we star to dream is because they have lost their dreams, that they have stopped dreaming and if we allow them to do just that, they win.
Here’s the really weird part. If you EVER come to Disney World or Disneyland for that matter.. EVERYONE starts behaving like a KID! It’s like nobody is old here and everybody’s Peter Pan. The point I’m trying to drive here is what if everyone could lead a life that they always wanted? What if everyone could dream their whole life? What if we could make those dreams come true?
Nobody ever said that we had to stop dreaming, but all of us decided that we should stop dreaming… Start a family, get a JOB you HATE so you can support them or maybe take a course in college that you did not like to make someone else happy. We all have choices, and it is up to us to make those choices that change our lives. Sure, somebody else can influence our choices, but it is ultimately our decision at the end of the day and nobody can decide it for us. +Continue Reading

That’s right, I Got Laid Off, What Do I Do? So here’s the weird thing. I’m in the States for my “Internship“, and I just got laid off on Friday! So let me explain my situation here… Throughout my whole internship experience with this company, I did not get much work. I was asked to do either lead scraping or data entry, not anything entrepreneurial about it. I had even approached the company telling them I could help them with their SEO efforts and marketing online, which they decided not to listen to.
So after many months of sounding off to my program coordinators and not having work to do, and a bunch of other complicated issues. The company had finally decided to let me go stating that they did not have enough work for me to stay in the company and I wasn’t adding any value to their operations.
I Got Laid Off, What Do I Do?
I got laid off, what do I do right? Well, thankfully because I was able to sound off about my situation early in the program, I had the opportunity to work for 2 companies, and I will now be working full time in the other company. I really enjoy working there as the CEO is able to utilize my skills and passion to his advantage, giving him more exposure online to potential clients. For example, I have been able to get his page on the first page of Google for a bunch of keywords in his industry, which is also helping him to get more traffic to his website. +Continue Reading

The Truth – I Know Little About September 11th.
Well. It took me a while before deciding to do up a blog post on the September 11 event that happened exactly 10 years ago. Never in my mind would I have imagined time to fly by so fast, and the fact that I can still remembfer so clearly the news and all the TV channels that were reporting on this disaster.
I am not a fan of the news and neither am I a fan of the newspapers, but one thing I know is that heart and spirit of a human being. This post is going out to those who fought their very best to stay alive while being trapped in the debris of the disaster, to those that worked day and night to rescue those that were fighting for their very lives. This also goes out to the many families and friends of the victims – and the many around the world experiencing similar situations.
Did We Deserve It?
One question that has been hitting me real hard is this, does it take a disaster to occur before we learn to learn to come together as a human race? Is it only when we have lost our families and friends before we decide that we have not spent enough time getting to know them better and telling them how much we love them. Yes, the demise of the twin towers may have been one of the greatest threats in our lives, but it may also have been one of the greatest events.
For our human race to have come together, we needed to have a common enemy – Terrorism. Everyone around the world is fighting it, except the terrorists themselves. It doesn’t matter where we come from, we all feel threatened by them, what they might do and what they WILL do. +Continue Reading

The Secrets of A Millionaire Mind was the first book that I read when I first entered the network marketing industry and I can still remember that it was the book that my first upline ever gave to me. I have never been an avid reader or liked reading much books when I was young, but the moment I started reading this, I knew I had to finish it.
The Secrets of A Millionaire Mind Review
This is a MUST read for anyone who wants to be successful in life in my opinion. In the book, T. Harv Eker covers through many factors that differentiate people from a poor mentality to those with a successful mindset. Now, it has been a while since I read the book but I can still remember a couple of points. The first one highlighted in the book is that the rich have no ceiling above their heads.
We tend to give ourselves goals of how much we can earn in this life, however, the rich never think about how much they will earn, they are always thinking and looking out for opportunities that help them to earn more than what they are already earning. They are always looking to strive for better results and never doubt themselves. +Continue Reading
