4 Exercises To Achieve More MLM Success In 2012




If you wish to achieve more MLM success in the following year, you may want to consider implementing some of the techniques that I will be sharing. These techniques were from a home study program that I did a couple of years and it has definitely helped with my a shift and strengthening of my mindset. Try and see if it works for you, if it does – You get more MLM success, if it doesn’t – you don’t lose anything.

Now word of caution: These techniques require you to have consistency and discipline, applying them on a daily basis. Take some time out of your daily routine implementing them and experience the results yourself. Remember, results are never immediate and they take time. These are also the keys to achieving more MLM success in 2012.

MLM Success Exercise #1 – Affirmations

One of the easiest exercises that you can implement TODAY to achieve more MLM success is affirmations. Affirmations are really simple – It is ONE short line that you say to yourself for a whole 5 minutes every single day. It has to be said in the positive, and not the negative. Lastly, it also has to be said as though you are already achieving that result. For example “I AM fit and in great shape.” rather than saying “I am going to be fit and have a great body.” or “I am not going to be fat.”

Remember that what your mind focuses on expands, and if you focus on the negative, the universe will only give you that which you asked for.

MLM Success Exercise #2 – Acknowledgements

The next exercise that you can implement is also known as Acknowledgements. Acknowledgements are basically a list that you write up stating the achievements that you have made and the great qualities about yourself. You can also add in your achievements on your way to getting more MLM success. Write a list of 20 – 30 things and spend 5 minutes of your day acknowledging your success and your strengths from within. This will help you to celebrate the success that you have had and to also reaffirm yourself of how great you are.

Now the next 2 exercises that I will be sharing with you are considered more “advanced” in my opinion and will definitely take more discipline out of you to implement them. Rest assure that you can accomplish them, and if you do, you will have more power over your thoughts and your MLM success.

MLM Success Exercise #3 – Visualizations

Visualizations are one of the best exercises that you can implement into your daily routine if you are looking to achieve more success in your MLM business opportunity. Visualizations means putting yourself into a position where you already have the MLM success that you DESIRE, observing how life would be and feeling the emotions that come along with that success. The greater you are able to experience those feelings, the stronger the visualizations – and these comes with consistent practice.

You can also visualize yourself from a third person view – Watching yourself and your actions when you have already achieved what you aimed to do so. Remember, the greater the details that you can visualization, the greater the emotions that you can experience – And this will help you to send out a stronger signal to the universe to aid you in your journey.

MLM Success Exercise #4 – Observation

The final MLM success exercise that I will talk about is observations. As you can tell throughout this post, I have focusing on strengthening your mind, your internal being if you want to achieve more MLM success. Focus on the inside (the roots), and you will achieve results (the fruit).MLM Success Exercise Tree

Observation exercises are meant to catch yourself, and what your mind is thinking at that point in time – Do this several times a day by stopping what you are doing and just observe what your mind is saying. Do not judge, but observe and understand it. If you do catch yourself having negative thoughts, put it aside or use some positive reinforcements to counteract on those thoughts.

The greater you are able to implement these exercises, the greater control you will have over your mind. Remember just as the body needs exercise, the mind needs it too.     Great exercises Darren. i am a firm believer in mindset and these 4, in the order you propose them are easy to do at any give time during the day.

    I look forward to trying them out especially the observations one…that is something I forget to do a lot.
