At the events the past couple of weeks, I had one of the biggest breakthroughs. What the greatest network marketers can achieve is really simple. Can you sponsor just 1 person into your business every single month? If you can do it consistently for 2 to 3 years, you would most likely become a 7-figure earner! Sure, this period sounds like a long time, but how long would it take for you to gain that amount of money and financial freedom working for a company in corporate America?

Of course you may be asking yourself how to success in network marketing when you do not even know how to sponsor someone into the business right? You see, 95% of people are not interested in building a business with network marketing and therefore approaching prospects about it does not help, because you are only targeting 5% of the market. Wouldn’t that help you with your monthly volume and help gain you some commissions?

If you really want to make some money in this industry, you need to consider SELLING your product to people who want it, and not only get people to promote your opportunity. That way, you will be able to stay in the industry for a much longer time, and see yourself succeed in network marketing.

Here is another HUGE nugget I picked up from the events that I attended and really helped me understand how to success in network marketing. You can come up with a duplicatable system for people to follow after you in your business but one thing remains, humans. Most people who come into the business are not going to take any action and get more people to join the business, which is why you need to understand what taprooting is.

Taprooting is simply connecting with people right at the bottom of your downline, or people who are much further below you in your MLM genealogy. The reason why you want to connect with them, or rather, find a rockstar further down is so that they will be able to OVERTAKE what you are currently doing. The moment someone is able to do what you are doing, you would have passed the job to them and you need not worry about that line anymore. In addition, that will also help everyone above him along the line, and that is how to success in network marketing.
