If you want to grow your network marketing business, you need to build a duplicatable MLM team. This in my opinion, is one of the most difficult topics because everyone is different and has different skill sets they bring to the table – so how can you exactly build an MLM Team that duplicates by itself?

Firstly, what is meant by duplication? Does it mean that people who sign up under your business has to do exactly everything that you do to achieve the same level of success? Do they have to behave and talk like you ? Perhaps what is really meant by duplication is how you build your MLM team, how you sponsor them and guide them through setting up their business.

Challenges Building An MLM Team

This may be a difficult topic for some of the people reading this, as it may sound contradictory to the teachings of attraction marketing. Let me explain, your prospects will most likely follow you in your footsteps in the way that you treat them. If you signed someone up into your primary opportunity and spoonfeed them like a baby from the very beginning. They will most likely do the same thing to their team members, spending lots of time and attention to each person to help them grow their business. They will also expect you to always be there to guide them through every single step of marketing their business.

If you do not teach and guide them on how to build their business, they will most likely sponsor few people or none into their business and eventually quit. Should they eventually becoming a recruiting superstar, they may also give little or no attention to their prospects the same way that you do. All these happens in the minds of your team members subconsciously and they have no realization that they are doing it that way.

There are 2 ways in which you can make your MLM team as duplicatable as possible, and to also spend as little time as possible but have them grow their business just the way you do. I would recommend this in 2 aspects:

You can get your team members to use a system where they will be able to setup a sales funnel process for their network marketing business and also access membership training inside. By having webinars and recording them, you can train new members endlessly without having to spend any time at all as these recorded webinars will serve as a training for them. (2) Using Videos

Videos are very handy and it helps save you time. Imagine a team member asking you a question such as “How can I get my own website?” Do you want to be spending 30 to 60mins of your time walking them through the process of that? That is mostly likely not making use of your time as these are not money making or traffic generating activities.

By using videos as instructions, you will never have to do the work again, and your team members can use your videos to show it to new members.
